Appeal for witnesses following indecent exposure incident – Oxford

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an indecent exposure incident in Oxford.

At around 8.45am yesterday (25/9), a young male was seen exposing himself in the woods behind the pavilion at the Forest Side Recreation Ground, Kennington. 

The male then ran down the footpath in the direction of the A34 over bridge.

The offender is described as a white man aged in his mid-teens, 5ft 6ins tall with no facial hair.

The offender was seen wearing a black puffer jacket with the hood up, blue jeans and black trainers with air bubbles.
